Here’s how to make them: Ingredients: For the Milk: 1/3 cup hazelnuts 1 medjool date Water For the Cookies: 75g butter (your choice) 20g powdered sugar 30g hazelnut pulp (from the milk) 20g condensed coconut milk 160g all-purpose flour 5g cocoa powder (for color) Red food coloring (optional, for the heart center) Instructions: 1️⃣ Make Hazelnut Milk: Add hazelnuts, the medjool date, and water to your Milky Plant. Press start and let it work its magic. Save the hazelnut pulp for the cookies! 2️⃣ Prepare the Dough Cream softened butter and powdered sugar together. Add hazelnut pulp and condensed coconut milk. Mix well. Gradually incorporate flour until dough forms. 3️⃣ Add Color: Set aside 50g of dough, mix in red food coloring, and set aside.
